SALES TAX

Extend-it Corp. is required by law to charge all applicable sales taxes for online orders. The tax amount charged will be based upon the state/province and local sales tax rate of the shipping address indicated. 

INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTION FEE

Extend-it Corp. has shipping facilities located within Canada. If you are ordering from another country, your credit card company or PayPal account may charge an international shipping fee that will range from $3-$5. This fee is non-refundable as it is not charged by Extend-it Corp.

SHIPPING AND VERIFICATION

Also be sure to double check that you have entered the correct shipping address (Street number and name, City, State, and Zip Code) as we are not liable for packages that are sent to the wrong address.

Delivery of Items
Extend-it Corp. does not take responsibility for products that are sent to you unregistered. You may choose to have your products sent registered at an additional cost. These additional fees are not collected by Extend-it Corp.and therefore cannot be refunded.

Items on Back-Order
There will be times when popular items are temporarily out of stock. This means that those items are on back order. Ordering an item that is currently on back order will ensure that you will receive your placed order once it is restocked.

If your back order purchase contains other products from our website, those items will be held until the full order is complete for shipment.

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your back order has been shipped to you.
