Extend-it is happy to exchange or refund any UNUSED purchase of Extend-it clip-in hair extensions within 7 days of receiving your order. Due to hygienic reasons, refunds and exchanges will only be honored on hair extensions that have not been worn.
If you would like to make an exchange or return please contact us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can help guide you through the return process. Please be sure to return the full set of extensions (unworn and untampered) for exchange of another product or full refund of the price of your product at purchase.
Due to hygienic reasons certain items are non-refundable; however an exchange or credit may be issued if you are interested in another product from our website.

Once we have received your return item, it will then be inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions have not been opened. All pieces of the full extension set must be returned for a full refund (excluding taxes/duties/international fees, if applicable). A copy of the original invoice must also be shipped back with your return.
An exchange OR full refund (excluding taxes/duties/international fees, if applicable) will be issued to your original payment method once this process is complete and you indeed qualify for a refund or exchange.
CREDIT CARD REFUNDS
Returns made to a credit card can only be refunded to the same card that was used at the time of purchase. Due to varying bank policies, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear back on your credit card.
Full amount of hair extensions will be refunded except for the following fees which Extend-it does not collect:
Expedited shipping (optional choice at checkout)
International fees/International transaction fee (if applicable)
Taxes/Duties (if applied at checkout)
You are also responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking number for added security in the case of lost returns. Extend-it does not refund moneys to items that we do not receive back.
Please indicate “RETURN, NO DUTIES” on your package or your package will be returned back to you.
