Yes that’s right, we ship worldwide standard shipping for FREE! Your Extend-it Clip-in Hair Extensions will be shipped from our facilities located in Toronto, Ontario (Canada).
We ship every business day from Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays)
Please allow 1 business day for your order to be processed.
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is on its way to its new home.
Tracking your order is simple. We are with you every step of the way
First you will receive an email notification once we process your order (Allow up to 48 hours).
Secondly you will receive an email confirmation that your shipment is on its way!
We will provide you with your tracking number and a link will be provided to track your shipment’s journey. If you experience any problems, don’t worry, we have already provided you a contact number shown below your tracking number.

We ship standard shipping for free but if you would like your extensions sooner, express shipping options is also available at an additional charge. These charges are non-refundable if you wish to make an exchange or return.

Your local carrier will pay for any duties and taxes due once your shipment enters the country. This payment is made on your behalf & will be due once your shipment is released to you.
If you’ve entered the wrong address for your shipment
If your shipment is returned back to us due to shipment being sent to the wrong address we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund. If you have entered the incorrect shipping address please contact us immediately at email@example.com so that we can correct it.
Please note that DHL does not ship to PO boxes
If your tracking number states delivery and you have not received your shipment
If this has happened, you may call your designated shipping company. This information is provided in the second confirmation email below your tracking number. We also offer priority mail with signature confirmation for an additional charge at checkout. This fee is non-refundable if you wish to make an exchange/return.
If you would like to return your purchase
You may return your purchase within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund (minus international fees/tax/duties including express shipping fees if applicable).
